  • Casings and minor oil leaks.
  • Worn or deteriorated seal.

  • Experimental equipment.
  • NGV Conversions and hybrid system.
  • Suspension system.
  • Rubber mountings and bushings.
  • Clutch System.
  • Brake facings.
  • Vehicles used for hire and reward.
  • Wear and tear in accordance with the vehicle’s age and mileage.

  • Service item and adjustments such as cooling and fuel system cleaning, carbon and sludge removal, brake and clutch adjustment and drive belt adjustment, software programming update.
  • Engine tuning, ECU remapping or any performance modification beyond manufacturer's specifications.
  • The replacement of normal service and maintenance items such as lubricants & fluids, filters, sparx plugs, drive belts, brake pads & shoes, lamp bulbs, fuses & relays, drier & valves, wiper blades, timing mechanisms, timing belts & chains and thermostats.
  • Defect or damage in existence prior to the commencement of the warranty.
  • Damage caused by the failure of any item not covered by this warranty.
  • Noise or vibration that does not affect the vehicle’s drivability.
  • Oil seepage or water entry.
  • Failure of a vehicle on which the odometer has been altered so that actual vehicle mileage cannot be readily determined.
  • Any incidental and consequential damage such as telephone calls, towing charges, car rental charges, hotel charges, loss of time, commercial loss.
  • Damage caused by misuse of the vehicle such as overloading and racing.
  • Damage caused by alteration or modification of the vehicle.
  • Excessive / high engine oil consumption due to the condition of piston ringsare worn out or the valve seal is broken.
2Eligibility
All vehicles below 7 years old with less than 150,000kms recorded at the time of purchase of this warranty product.

Period
The warranty is for a period of 1 year or 25,000km/ 2 year or 50,000km/ 3 year or 75,000km whichever comes first.

Claims Limit
There is a limit of Rm15,000 per claim and RM100,000 in aggregate

Cooling-off period
There is 7 day cooling-off period from the date of inception of warranty. Claim can only be made after this period.
3Terms & Conditions
  1. The vehicle has been serviced in accordance to the service maintenance requirements highlighted inside your warranty booklet.
  2. The service record page in the booklet must be signed and stamped by authorized service and repair center authenticating the service has been carried out.
  3. Repairs made under warranty must be performed at authorized service and repair centers.
  4. Warranty repairs will be made entirely at the discretion of AWS Automobil Solution who reserveds the right to either repair damaged components or replace damaged components with used/ reconditioned parts.
  5. No repairs may be carried out until the warranty administrator provides a claim recommendation.
  6. No claims will be accepted for damaged caused by:
    • Neglect
    • Corrosion
    • Any foreign matter getting into or onto a part
    • Lack of servicing
    • Overheating or freezing
    • Abuse
    • Damage to parts not covered under this warranty
    • Correct oil/ fluid level not maintained
  7. No claims will be accepted for damaged caused by fire, war, sonic booms or nuclear radiation.
  8. If you have not kept the conditions of this warranty, your claim will be rejected and your warranty will be cancelled.
  9. No claims will be accepted for any consequential loss to parts not covered by this policy, where consequential loss is caused by a covered part.
  10. Non-disclosure or Misrepresentation – this policy is voidable if you or anyone acting for you fails to disclose or misrepresent any material fact.
  11. Automobil Warranty Solution products are underwritten by Automobil Warranty Solution.
  12. Betterment Clause – New parts replacement is subject to insurer’s approval and claims amount is limited to 50% of the parts cost.
