Your vehicle’s service and maintenance must be performed at our authorized service and repair centers listed at our website. If you do not follow the service and maintenance requirements of this warranty, AWS AutoWarranty Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. may have the right to deny your warranty coverage.
Every 5,000kms (3,125miles) / 3 months whichever comes first for vehicles using mineral or semi synthetic engine lubricants.
Every 10,000kms (6,250miles) / 6 months whichever comes first for vehicles using fully synthetic engine lubricants.
As a condition of this warranty, any services of the vehicle must be carried out within 500kms / 10 days either side of the due mileage or due times as applicable.
Be sure to keep all service and maintenance invoices for claiming purposes.
The warranty validity is aligned with the attached registration form. If there is any information misalignment, our system will be the primary resource/reference. Any clarification needed on warranty validity and coverage, please contact our customer service team.
